what does a holistic lifestyle advisor do?
Our bodies are innately wise and want to maintain balance. However, in our fast-paced modern society it can be easy to fall off track and lose touch with what you need to feel good. Using a holistic approach, my role is to be a tool to support you as you navigate the obstacles holding you back from living the life you want.
why would i want to improve my lifestyle?
Sometimes we fall into habits that make us feel “stuck”. This can lead to a snowball effect of disempowering beliefs and behaviors. Often we are unaware that we are self-sabotaging. There are many reasons to want to improve your lifestyle — to be more present in the moment, to reduce negative emotions, to improve relationships, or to simply meet a fitness goal.
WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM THESE SERVICES?
Anyone who wants to see improvement in their quality of life. Individuals who can benefit include (but are not limited to): busy executives who are experiencing burnout, multi-taskers who want to maximize productivity, professional athletes who need a competitive edge, stressed out parents who need to find balance, artists that are experiencing creative blocks, seekers who want to learn more about themselves, matured adults who want to retain/boost cognitive sharpness, and sensitive individuals who are struggling to identify what is the root of their distress.
How often do we meet?
It’s up to you! I recommend 1x/week until you feel confident with the information and don’t need to rely so much on my support. Ultimately check ins every month or every few months may be helpful to keep you on track. The goal is to give you the keys to the car, while I am like a helpful mechanic.
What age ranges do you work with?
Adults, 18+.
are you a medical provider?
No. I have a background in East Asian Medicine and neuroscience — I have worked with clients in both clinical and peak performance settings. Currently, I do not practice medicine as my profession. If you are seeking medical advice, please consult your primary physician.
